cheapest way to get to catalina islands

i live in los angeles. i'm thinking one of those 40 dollar roundtrip boats? is that the cheapest? thanks.

Then get yourself a cheap lawn chair, or a large beach towel if you're feeling cheap.

Add in two streetlamps, & you've got airfare on the cheap.

I dont know if its the very cheapest, but the roundtrip boat was great!

I have never seen so many dolphins in my life! (literally hundreds)

Its part of Los Angeles county, and yes cheapest way is cattle car errr I mean boat
