Cheapest way to accept a CC payment from someone...?

My sister needed to purchase something from me in an emergency and I need the money ASAP. She can pay me with a CC, but I've heard that PayPal will charge me an arm and a leg if I accept a $250 CC payment. What is the best way to accept a CC payment? In our rush, we will not have the time to compare services like BidPay and PayPal. I'm sure some of you have already looked into this. If so, please let me know your recommendations...
 
Give her your bank account number. That way, she can arrange for the $$$ (cash advance from CC etc) and deposit it directly in your bank account from anywhere (provided there is a local branch of the bank you bank with)

paypal will require time to setup. Sometimes paypal might require you do to expanded usageif you just add a CC which isn't an option for you
 
In the past, I have paid for some auctions without signing-in to PayPal. There must be some way for her to make a payment using her card without signing up for PayPal...but it's not obvious on their site. Was this only possible because eBay owns PayPal?

This sounds fine to me. The total fee would come to $2.55...which I assume is much better considering the insane interest rates that most CC companies charge for cash advances. Is that the actual amount that I would be charged for accepting a $250 payment to a PayPal Personal account? When my sister wakes up, I'll be ready to try it right away.

That's only because the seller already had an acount on PayPal.

If neither of you currently have a PayPal account, it will take a few days before you can send and recieve payments to each other. Sounds like Cash Advance + Western Union, or Cash Advance + Bank EFT Transfer might be your best bet...
