Cheapest Video Card with good DVD playback

Ok title says it all: need to find the cheapest video card that provides good DVD playback and possibly tv out. TY

good can be done with a ATI rage pro, it's not the best but definetly "good". if you want very nice DVD playback, get a ATI rage 128 based card.. that chip does inverse discreet cosine transform(IDCT) a very handy feature if you want to decode DVD.

Is the Radeon good with DVD playback?, the cheapest good performing vid card is the Radeon LE, if you oc it and modify the registry a bit, you can make the $70 card perform like the $150 Radeon 64. But if you want to hook up the TV, then your best bet is the ATI Rage 128 All-in-Wonder, but again gaming performace will be bad with the Rage 128.
