I was wondering what is the cheapest Ultra320 SCSI Controller around for 32-Bit, 33MHz PCI2.2 slots.

There are no 32bit/33Mhz PCI U320 controllers. All controllers are at least 64 bit / 33Mhz, most of them are PCI-X. They are still backwards compatible with the old 32bit/33Mhz PCI bus, but theres no point in using them there (compared to a cheaper U160) when the PCI bus is only running 133MB/sec max.

I'd just watch on ebay, I just got an Adaptec 39320D-R off of it for about 225, which I thought was fairly good-- especially since you don't see them on there often. It's a 64bit 133Mhz pci-x card though. Works fine for me, and if I ever decide that I want to set the drives up in a raid I can- more than I needed, but it wasn't too much more than I paid for my 160 card a while ago.
