Cheapest socket 478 mobo with video?

Can anyone tell me what the cheapest P4 (socket 478) motherboard with onboard video is? I'm building a computer for my brother, and he's being rather cheap. I can't seem to find any decently priced boards with onboard video.

Newegg has 2 sis 650 chipset boards listed for about $88, an msi and shuttle.

A couple stores on Pricwatch have ECS L4S5M for as low as $46. I would not hesitate to reccomend it, just make sure you have a solid PS.

You need to have L4S5M_G_, else no graphics.
