$85 for 512 stick, 45 for 256. they use winbond chips so they'll go well above 200mhz

Yup, if you want good timings, Winbond chips are tough to beat, especially for the price. I have a 512 meg stick of Twinmos w/Winbond chips on it. I had it up to 209, 2-2-2-6 before I threw in some crappy PC2100 to bump me to 1 gig until I can afford some more Twinmos. You can get Twinmos/Winbond chips @ MemoryX, though you'll pay $96 after shipping.
