I would like some suggestions on what would be the cheapest ram to run 1:1 w/my 2.4c MO stepping. i'm currently running 250fsb with a 5:4 divider.

any of the ram that anandtech just looked at recently including Crucial Ballistix 3200 can almost hit DDR600

I'm running Crucial TwinX Pro PC4000 with my 2.4C @ 3.24GHz. The RAM is running stable at DDR 540 with 3-4-4 timings. It will run at DDR 500 with 2.5-4-3 timings. The RAM is kinda expensive though, but since newer stuff is coming out that may drive the TwinX memory prices down.

Check out PQI Turbo PC3200 at Legit Reviews - link. They ran it on an Intel testbed and managed to hit just over 270MHz with 2.5-3-3-7 and even higher with more relaxed timings. You can find a gig for $249.99 shipped at Newegg.
