Cheapest & quiet video card for a DS4?

Hi,

I jut need my computer to work with audio so i dont care about acceleration, etc. I just need a simple card (2 outputs). I want it to be very quiet and dont get very hot, as i am doing serious oc with a e6400.

Any suggestions?

Are you gaming? I use a 7900GTO and I think it's pretty quiet for a gaming card.

No, i dont game..ever. Thats why i dont care about anything else but noise and temperature. And very very cheap
