I'm looking for the cheapest possible PCI/PCI-E NVIDIA graphics card out there. I figure if I can pick one up nice & cheap it will make a good backup in case my 7800GT dies.

Will I be able to swap in a PCI card and not have to change drivers?

I don't want ATI just 'cuz I don't want to have to swap drivers or anything, keep it simple ;)

I believe the cheapest PCIe would be a 6200 of some sort (maybe one of the Turbocache models).

For PCI, you could probably find a GF4MX or GF5200 PCI pretty cheap at this point.

Theoretically, you don't need to swap drivers. In practice, this doesn't always work flawlessly.
