Cheapest place to get Audiobooks?

The big problem I've noticed with some of the lesser-known paysites is that the soundquality is CRAP, or the reading is hopeless. Even the DaVinci Code available on Audible.com is horrid.

might not be a bad place to start. i was browsing for some books at the library and noticed that they had them in audio form.

now, i wonder if it's unethical to rip an audiobook CD to MP3 and keep it for yourself....
