There's typically a way you can combine Google Checkout with Buy.com and get it for around $32, but I'm not sure of the process or what's needed to be done. Occassionally Circuit City puts them on sale for $39.99, but there's no telling when that'll be again.

I recommend the Buy.com/Google Checkout method, particularly if you've never used Google Checkout and the discount is legit.
