Well basically I hate my cellphone its a P O S flip phone with no features. I would like to upgrade to a smart phone, the blackberry curve comes to mind but nothing is definite, for email and web browsing. The problem is usually I go through ATT when my contract is out but I have another year on the contract. Any suggestions would be great thanks.

azn stores if you want to see it in person. Ebay and Phonesource are probably your cheapest bets. Asian stores may charge like $10 - $15 more. At least that's what I noticed when I was checking out SE K850i prices.

They have cheap phones, high end phones, and everything in between.

Keep in mind that you're going to have to setup services like internet and text messaging. Its fairly simple and you can find guides all over the place. It usually just involves pointing your phone to some server or IP address and giving it a few passwords.

Edit: Oops, quote instead of edit. Oh well.

Ebay, that's where I got my phones. You can find new ones, people (like me) get a plan but keep my old phone, and sell the new one.
