cheapest place to buy duron and a shim w/ shipping?

my duron had a little crack and some shavings came off, is it for sure dead? ive looked on pricewatch, but the places with the cheapest durons have $10+ shipping, i also need one of those protective shims prefferably from the same place i buy the cpu, n e 1 know a good cheap place in usa? thx ^^
