Most times I have found the best prices through the airline's website.

My GF made that flight quite frequently (when i was in Philly) via Southwest. Try that.

And it has fare tracking graph that will tell you whether you have a good deal, or you missed your buying window.

www.sidestep.com is pretty good too. It's a lot like Kayak

i like all those sites, the two i have used are orbitz and travelocity

if it is a last minute trip with flexible dates, i go to travelocity.com and look for last minute deals. they have incredible prices for 'this weekend' or 'next weekend' and you can play with the dates a bit.

but i have found that after all the fees, taxes and etc... travelocity usually has the best bottom line price.
