Cheapest PCI-E Video Card?

I just built a server pc 😛 the onboard video sucks (8mb, lags in windows lol). I'm looking for a cheap PCI-E video card that won't lag in windows >_> (2003). Nvidia, Ati, whatever 😛 just decent & cheap ^^, if anyone has any suggestions i'd be glad to listen 😀 thanks in advance.
 
RADEON X300 or GeForce 5200 (or 6200; not sure if there are many 5200s still out there) would probably be cheapest. I'd go with an ATI card, since some of the lower-end GF5s had signal quality issues.
