My little brother has a Dell Slim Tower and all he wants to do is to be able to output videos to his TV. Since its a Slim Tower, I'm not sure what options are out there. What do you guys recommend? Since he just wants to use it to output videos, he doesn't seem to need anything really powerful. He's TV only has a the composite inputs.
If I add an additional video card to his Slim Tower, would he also be able to use the TV as a second monitor?
