Cheapest laptop for minimal gaming?

I'm looking to buy a cheap Intel laptop for playing Dota 2 and Hearthstone on all-low settings. I will have an eGPU so the laptops graphics is not the issue. What I do need the cheapest Intel CPU that can run the Source engine at passable framerates. Currently, I have a Dell D430 with a U7300 (1.2ghz) C2D processor, and Hearthstone is just barely playable. So I'm looking to upgrade but not spend much money.

That laptop has a slow C2D and intel GMA 950 graphics. The GMA 950 is hardly adequate for youtube and netflix.

If you want something dirt cheap but still better specs than your current laptop, right now you can get a dell inspiron 15 for $249

Celeron N2830 (comparable with most older mobile C2D's and is faster than the low voltage one you have)

4gb RAM

Intel HD graphics, not the fastest but again will blow the GMA950 you have out of the water

500gb HDD

Windows 8.1

Not it isn't a powerhouse but you'd be hard pressed to find something better for that price. For your demands I would say this machine is adequate

Dell with an A8-6410. The CPU is not a beast, but I'd take it over the Silvermont above, and I'd definitely take the GPU, which has 512MB dedicated memory. At $300 it's a pretty good deal.

If you can pony up the extra $50 the A8 machine is definitely the one to get.
