Cheapest HDCP compatible GFX?

Want to watch HD content on my Panasonic PX70. I was planning to lob an old A64 3500 939 into a cheap mATX board and wanted to know what would be the cheapest, and I mean cheap as fsck, card I can use. I prefer ATI in these cases and it would also need to be half height.

Thanks in advance.

Both the 8500Gt and HD2400 will fulfill the role you want them to very well, as they both include a built-in h.264 HD hardware decoder.
