Question Cheapest Gpu for Monitor 1440p/144hz (no gaming)

Hi,im looking for temporary solution for AV signal only (no gaming) since i have ryzen 3600x configuration and currently without gpu,and i would like to have full 1440p/144hz as my monitor is,so do i need to buy something like nvidia 1050 or amd eqivalent or i can do something like this:

ASUS nVidia GeForce GT 710 1GB 32bit GT710-SL-1GD5-BRK

GIGABYTE GT 710 1GB 64bit GV-N710D5-1GL rev 2.0

ASUS nVidia GeForce GT 710 2GB 64bit 710-SL-2GD5

Anything made in the last 5 years should work fine. To be honest anything made in the last 10 years would probably be fine. Integrated graphics can handle that, so any discrete card you pick up should as well.

As far as I could research in 2 minutes of googling, you need at least DP 1.4 or HDMI 2.0 for that resolution/refresh combo. As per this link. (Scroll to the bottom of the page)
