Cheapest GPU for League of Legends on Max

I'm helping my friend buy a budget PC, and I wanted your guys' opinion on the cheapest GPU that run LoL on max settings at 1920x1080. My initial guess is a 5750, but I'm wondering if I can go even lower than that. What do you think?

I played LoL for a whole day once using Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics at 1680x1050. Probably anything $50-100 will run it like a champ.
