Station near me has gas for 1.99 (and 9 tenths)

Almost all the other stations are 2.33-2.38 around here.
The cheap gas is on an Indian reservation...

and, they make a FORTUNE because by knocking the price down 20 or 30 cents, they sell a ton of gas. AND, at a higher profit since their markdown is less than the tax on gas.
