Cheapest E8400 motherboard w/integrated graphics

I am building an E8400 system and am wondering what the cheapest motherboard that supports the 1333MHz FSB of the E8400 and also preferably has integrated graphics as I am not a gamer and would prefer to not spend extra money on a graphics card at the moment. Also, I would like it to have PCI Express 2.0 if possible.

MSI is a trusted name. $50. The reviewers mention that it can overclock, but it does not allow voltage adjustments, so overclocking is limited if you're after that. It can also support quad cores if desired.

There's no chipset that supports integrated graphics and PCI-E 2.0.

I went on the same quest a couple of months ago. I concluded that integrated graphics and overclocking do NOT come in the same package.

Hence I opted for the Abit IP35-E ~$70 AR, with a cheap PCI-X video card $20 +S&H from Newegg. At least it'll OC and a PCI-X card will be usable for a few years.
