Cheapest dual layer DVDs?

I'm looking for some dual layer dvds, was wondering if anyone knew where to find some really inexpensive.

Here's the cheapest I have found - they will come down, but not right away. Sales volume is still pretty low. These work out to $3.70 a disk.

Damn! Substitute ****** for the "******". This is some new security wrinkle. ???
