Cheapest Digital camera with Lith-ion battery

I hope you're expecting to spend a few hundred at least. Most cameras that come with a Li-Ion battery are very expensive. In fact the battery itself can be quite expensive. Just out of curiosity, why is a Li-Ion battery so important? I would rather have a camera that takes normal batteries since rechargeable NIMH's are cheaper and easier to find.
