Cheapest DDR2 800 MhZ C2D system?

Hi all!
I wanna build cheapest C2D system, as for CPU, it's clear:
E6300.
But what about RAM and motherboard?
I managed to pick a ram + mobo combo so total is $434 shipped, but it's at 533 mhz.

Is it even possible to do DDR2 800 MHZ with E6300?
If so, please suggest 2 gb RAM and a motherboard. Keep it cheap - the system will be used for "matrix floating point calculations", absolutely no gaming.
So it would be cool to have onboard video.

Is 533 mhz stock speed?

Or is it 667? I hear bad things about 667...

if you can suggest a 667 build, please post:

2gb ram (which RAM?)

I'd suggest you decide on a MOBO then, have a look at our memory configurator and look at our Value Select line. I am seeing lots of good sales in spite of memory prices being all over the place recently.

Just get DDR2-533; that's the default.
You can also run DDR2-667/800 @ stock as well, via the higher dividers, but they aren't imperative.
