the kingston n5 value ram are pretty nice. im doing CL3 and 1T command rate with 4 sticks @ 661mhz and 667mhz when my oc was @ 3.6ghz. overall for ram, faster ram wont really help out in perfromance in games as much as the graphics card. the e2180 has a 10x multiplier and 667ram @ 1:1 timings will get you 3.33ghz. slightly ocing the ram to 350mhz will net 3.5ghz, which im not sure the e2xx0 series can get to with comfortable voltages. overall, getting some low cost kingston n5 or maybe a cheap pair of 800mhz chips would be best. expensive ram is mainly for fsb oc'ing or for chips with low multipliers.
