cheapest community college?

This is pointless. Unless you live in the same state as the "cheapest community college" its not worth it. For an "out of state" person to go to a community college, it can be a lot more than what people "in state" will pay.

Same with State colleges.

Not for an internation student it isn't.

$6,000 for an Out-Of-State student is MUCH less than $18,000 for an Out-Of-State student. Those are the rates which an international student will have to pay.

Try reading the thread, or at least the OP.

Hmm ... CC's around here are not cheap for out of state/international students :(

Harper college: International Student: $344 per credit hour
Oakton Community College: Out-of-state residents or visa holders (except refugee, parolee or asylum) $263.50 per credit hour
Elgin Community College: Out-of-State & International Resident: $331.59 per credit hour
