The psu in the 2650BQE is better than the psu in the 3700amb. The sl350s in the 2650BQE has 21amps on the +12v line. The sl350 in the 3700amb has 16amps on the +12v line.
EDIT: I have the 3700amb and the +12v line in my psu is kinda low (11.68) same with the psu in my friends 3700amb. And yes i tested both with a multimeter.
best deal is the arctic cooling eilentium t1. i paid 89 euros and it comes with a seasonic psu. i dont think that can be beat. it doesnt have all that much space tho 2x5.24" and 4x3.5" is enough for 2 dvds, 3 hdds and the stupid floppy. when windows learns to detect sata without drivers ill remove the damn thing and add a 4th hdd. its also very quiet and very cool.
well theres one bad thing about it i forgot you cannot replace the psu without modding the new one as it sits in the front and has a cable that connects it to the power connect thingy. so thats rather annoying.
