What do you drive? and where do you live..
in So.cal prices vary from what you drive and where you live etc etc.
You have a good company for insurnace and paying about 100 an month. Yes you can get a tad bit lower but then what happens if you get into an accident. My friend found that AIS (1.800.772.4AiS) is great for cheap insurnace ( 2001 Prelude living in San Luis Obispo), however since he has had an accident the claims is a bitch.
Personally I would pay a bit more for better claims coverage from teh insurnace company. Its over 2 months and he is yet to get his car back in full ship shape. Problem is that the car first had the rigth wheel bend (wood on the freeway - very common in LA), they fixed it but took them almost a month to do so. When he got it back he notcied the roof was bent (he couldnt open the sunroof). So he drove the car back to San Luis Obispo and called the insruance company and had them refer to teh guy who fixed the car in LA. They have looked at the car now, but its no where near being fixed.
If you are solely interested in price quotes.. shop around.. check out quotes with.. AiS (phone number above), Mercury Insurnace ( you pay a bit more initally but it drops over the years), Geico (I have them for my bike - great company). These are good companies.. stay away from Survival, Eastwood, General etc etc.. while you can get a quote, just be prepared to laugh at the quote.
Problem is teh ones who claim who have the lowest insurnace in town, sure have the lowest for people with DUI, DWI etc etc. I got quoted 2200/yr for my bike from one such company. From Gieco I got quoted 600/yr (next year 300/yr). Personally try Geico, they do not insure people with too many tickets etc etc.. because they dotn want to lose business to them.. so their rates are cheaper than what I have seen. Same with mercury..
There is no harm getting a quote.. check them out.
