In that case, even the cheapest H81-based board will do. All LGA-1150 mainboards are perfectly capable of running all LGA-1150 CPUs at stock speeds. You just have to find a board with the features you need... 🙂

If you just want something simple and functional, H97-based boards are the way to go currently.
 
IMO the only real question is whether u need 4 DIMM slots or more 4x SATA ports.

No - Cheapest Asrock H81
Yes - Asrock B85M/H97M Pro4 with ALC892 audio and Intel Ethernet as a bonus

I recommended Asrock for this price range as from what I see they seem to be the one that offers the most for the price.
