Cheapest board to OC 1.6A?

What is the cheapest board that provieds all the functionality necessary (VIO, FSB, FSB/PCI ratios, etc) to safely overclock a P4 1.6A? Most of the boards seem stable, so I am not partial to any chipset. I do own 2x256 DDR that will be used in the system, so DDR support is necessary. I am hoping to get the cpu + board for around 200.

anyway, check out the MSI 645 Ultra SIS 645 Mobo...voltage tweaks, 1mhz FSB increments, etc. - newegg has it for ~75 i think.

canada computer has it for $118 CDN.
