Cheapest/Best TV-out video card

i am looking for a video card with probably s-video out or something that will play real media streams on a 20 inch tv. (some international channels my mom likes to watch).

anyways what do you guys recommend. i was looking at this one from newegg.

Do you play video games at all (on your PC)? Do you already have a video card or integrated video? In any case it doesn't look bad but I'm sure there's cheaper.

i wont be playing games on that computer. its simply for watching the online tv streams on a regular tv.

video card onboard is the intel vga stuff with vga only. thats why i need a video card.

Get something cheaper. Pretty much any current card that has tv-out/s-video will do.

how about this one. plus anyone know whether ati or nvidia based cards have a better tv out.

Try this one. Ati cards are really nice for TV out. Really easy to adjust picture alignment and stuff on the TV. I use a 7000 on my tv rig. Plus this one has both composit and S-video.
