Cheapest, best card for flash 10.1 acceleration, for P4 with PCI-E

Just wondering. Am I better off getting a 5450, or an 8400GS? Not going to be playing any games more strenuous than UT or UT2004. 3.2Ghz P4 with HT, 2GB RAM, etc.

Edit: Newegg had a 512MB 64-bit 8400GS for $29.99, free ship (Sparkle). I grabbed that one. The cheapest 5450 was $44.99, and I only had $44.06 on the card.

If it's between those two specifically, I'd probably get the 5450. More passive versions available.

For that price range though, if you're open to it, probably a 4650. Whiny fan though on most of them.
