I just got a 19" LG Flatron off of TD for $150 a couple weeks ago. Great monitor.

Prices at Newegg seem to be around $180 and up. I'm seeing lots of sales for $140-150 AR. Fry's and PCClub often have good deals if you don't mind rebates.
