Looking for a cheap laptop to use for using RDGateway to connect to work. I was close to settling on:

Trouble is, it appears no RDP clients for Chrome support RDGateway redirection. Thus far, I know we have Windows and Apple devices that can get in fine, but there are some very specific settings required in the RDP connection that not every RDP client supports.
Was thinking I could buy the above and load Ubuntu or something, but not 100% sure there is a client there either. Also, I read somewhere that some Intel driver support is iffy on Ubuntu (which seemed odd to me as I thought Intel and Nvidia were well covered there).
Anyhoo, up for suggestions if you have them. Only requirements are 1080p and dual core. I'd prefer something that is not bulky. I do have a surface pro 3, but the kickstand is not comfortable for lap computing, which is what I would use this for the most. I still may order the above, but need to make sure I can find a client that will work with RDP gateway.
