Cheaper Digital Camera that uses Compact Flash still?

I am looking to get my Wife a digital camera that she can carry around with her so she'll stop "borrowing" my Nikon D70, but since I have a few extra compact flash memory cards already for the D70 I would like to try and find a point and shoot digital camera for my wife around the 150-200 range. Anyone know of anything?
