Cheap Wireless

I'm looking for the cheapest 802.11b router I can find--I've read that they should be available in the $5-$15 range, but have yet to find one. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Do good deals on networking equipment pop up quite frequently, similar to how they do with HDDs?
