I am looking for 10 gauge wire to go in the engine bay.

I am not sure how long of wire(s) I need but, whats the best place for this locally?

Home depot?

I see on amazon they sell some stuff, but that's 100 feet! lol

I just need to wire up a relay

Parts house might be a better choice...? If you want a better product then get with someone like this...?

On second thought you might be better off at a parts house as they sell short sections of wire like what you need...

home depot is ok. good enough for us to use in industrial cabinets when we need it, so im sure its ok for autos. and they sell it by the foot.

Yes, Home Depot is fine. I re-wired my headlights, running power from the battery through a relay to the headlights. Of course make sure you get stranded, not solid.
