Racking my brain but can't figure it out. Any help? I'm doing a project for an NPO and for whatever reason their current host (which they get for free) refuses to install PHP or MySQL...and these people NEED some kind of MySQL content management application.

Actually any professional, not some guy running a server in his basement hosting company would be great. Looking for $50-$100 per year.
 
I'm looking at switching myself, as my current host offers 500mb space and 10kmb xfer for which I pay $55 a year. That's not bad, but I'd prefer to drop it to under $40. I recently had my site fuxxored my haxors so I don't feel their 'secure' servers are quite as secure as what I anticipated.
