Cheap Water Cooling Setup

I am looking for a cheap water cooling setup. ($100-200 range, maby a little more)
I have (the heavy) TT Kandalf case, doesn't TT make a water cooler designed to fit in the back of some of their cases?
I know about air cooling components (I have a SI-120), would water cooling decrease my temps by a lot?, would it be noticable?

Which coolers (preferably kits) would you recommend. I'm open to it cooling just my CPU, or my CPU and Vid card.
It dosn't have to be a kit, just cheap enough for me to afford it. I don't exactly want to spend $319 on a Koolence Cooler, and then spen another $100 on the water blocks.

I want good performance from it for not alot of $$$. If the Koolence is the way to go, then I guess I'll have to wait till payday.

if your comfortable modding your own case then consider buying items to fit in to your case. with right items purchased you can cool better than a koolance will.

mcp655 pump
bix rad or something similar
mcw6002 block or something similar
1/2 inch lines

that should be well within your budget even if purchased new. or buy used through the forums and save a bit more

Swiftech Storm Block (best cooler in the market)
Swiftech MCP655 Pump
Black Ice Pro II
Silverprop Cyclone FusionHL GPU Block (best in the market)

These parts alone will cost you about 240, but its the best of the best. You have a pretty big case, so you should be able to fix the Black Ice Pro II somewhere, if not, then as Jen said, the BIX is good and get all 1/2" barbs. To save a lil bit of money you can downgrade the Swiftech pump but i picked this since its super quiet and very efficient. i definitely recommend the Storm as this block will perform so much better than anything else there and Crazy PC still has it for 59.99. Dont go for the Koolance cooler as picking your own parts will be cheaper and will totally outperform any kit out there. Silverprop GPU block has also been rated as the best GPU block on the market as well, but if you want to save money, you can just do a single CPU setup only. At least with the parts chosen, you can upgrade you system later and it will still perform well.

Thanks for the suggestions, I might or might not get water cooling. Is it worth it?
My SI-120 just got here in the mail...and its HUGE.
