My monitor is blinking like crazy and i thought it was the monitor. so i replaced it since it was like 10 yrs old. now my "new" used one is doing the same thing. My brother said it might be the graphic card. its a geforce2 mx400 i think. really old. anyway, i was wondering if there are any recommendations for a really cheap graphic card. mostly i watch anime movies and surf, however i just got NFSU 2 and the card i have right now plays fine with lowest to middle setting, (hahaha). anyway, it would be nice if the card can play that as well..
thanks for any recommendations.
ps. looking to spend like 30 bucks. saw some of tiger direct with rebates.
