Cheap video card w/ TV-out. NVidia or ATI?

I am rebuilding the old rig to be a mp3 player and I figured it would be nice to hook it up to the TV instead of using a monitor.

The specs are:

Celeron 500 on Intel i810 chipset (only PCI cards). 192MB RAM.
W2K SP2 DX8.1
It is running a GF2MX-400 card now with detonator drivers.

So what I need is the cheapest video card with TV-out I can find.
Newegg has a Radeon 7000 for $47 shipped.

Or should I go with a GF4 MX440 for $61 shipped?

Which one has the best TV-Out? Other cheap options?

Pick up an old Voodoo 3 3000 with tv out on the FS/FT forums. You should be able to find on for ~$15.

I bought a 5200 for around $50 from newegg for its TV out. I want to play with linux or I probably would have went with a cheap ATI card.
that one but its out of stock and the price has gone up. I just put everything together today so I haven't hooked it up to the TV yet but my 5900 looked pretty damn good so hopefully the 5200 is the same. It will be slow as crap in 3d stuff but I don't care and it doesn't have a fan making noise.

ATi all the way. Less power consumption, better and more adjustable TV-out. Get any kind of Radeon that fits your bill. PCI 7000, 7500LE, 9000, 9200, they're all available, most are low profile. PowerColor/Club3D is the most often seen brand.
