Cheap video card for sims2?

What would be a good video card for $50 or less to play sims2 on. The computer is an old HP and only has a celeron 1.2ghz or 1.4ghz cpu in it. I assume it has a agp slot, but I will have to look tonight and see and find out what speed the agp slot is. The card must be new also.
