Cheap video card for low-end video editing?

Lo, I was wanting a video card to do some cheap editing with it, something under $100. Mostly I just need the best video input I can afford (source is a DV camera without fire-wire, unfortunetely). The PC I was wanting to use it with should be fast enough to do capturing without a lot of help (Duron 750 mhz with a fast HD). I was thinking what might be cheapest is a good capture card that's several years old. Maybe like the Pinnacle Studio DC10 or Marvel G400-TV? Maybe one of the older ATI All In Wonder cards? Any ideas?
