Cheap VGA cooler replacements

I have two Radeon cards here with bad fans; one has started to get loud + scratchy sounding (the 7500) and the other is just plain dead (the 8500).

I'm looking to buy 2-3 VGA coolers (one for each and a possible spare for the generic 8500 type) but I don't want to spend that much because these are older cards and it's not worth it buying an IceberQ for or whatever for these.

I'm in Canada so I'd prefer to know of coolers available to me here, but even if they're links to some US-only sites I'd love to know what some of the cheapest (but still functional) VGA fan/hsf replacements are.

Any ol' 586 type heatsink oughta do. Fix with drops of super glue at the corners of the chip (with thermal paste in the middle). Add any ol' 12V fan powered off the PSU cables rather than a "special" 5V one off the card. Although with a large enough heatsink a fan may not be required, especially with adequate existing airflow.
