Cheap USB flash drives

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a good place to purchase cheap 512meg USB flash drives shipped to Toronto, Canada.

I don't want to spend more than say $5 a pop and I'm looking for ones with a cap and a flat unbranded side that I can stencil + spraypaint a simple text logo.

I've received some quotes from a few companies but they're way too much, $15 a pop for 50 with a setup fee.

I'd like to test out a promo before committing more money.

Any ideas?

About a year ago, I was part of a committee that looked into bulk buying of cheap flash drives to give to students.

This is the sort of thing we came up with. Getting drives smaller than 4GB is the hard part. But, $4.95 unit cost is close to your budget.

Thanks everyone, Still a bit expensive. I just need 50 to start out. Later on, if this promo campaign goes well, I'd be willing to invest more money. I'll still order them though 🙂

I think they may sell smaller sizes cheaper in store otherwise it's just $1 more.
Just cover up the microcenter logo.
