Cheap upgrade for el cheapo pc

Am still wondering about the voltage and pin differentiation for Tualatin chips. The OP adapter looks very much like the same packaging for the item at computergeeks for a bit more, BUT it indicates support for coppermine only. ??

Any hope for an old IBM 350 GL (that has a slot 1 P3 366MHz)? I flashed its BIOS but still won't recognize the 600MHz Cely. (I see these IBM GLs at odd lot stores for cheap, too.)
