Cheap tv-out card for watching movies?

I'm looking for a cheap tv-out card so I can watch divx movies on my tv instead of computer screen. I don't play any games, so I don't need a top of the line video card. I'm just looking for something (preferably under $100) so I can watch divx movies on my tv. What's the cheapest card I can get and still have decent quality viewing of movies on my tv?

Thanks

Hahahahaha. The TV-out on these cards is crap. Go with ganesha's suggestion - ATI Rage Fury Pro 32MB VIVO. Excellent TV out, excellent DVD decoding, fairly decent 3d performance, very good 2d performance. I'm using one right now and couldn't be happier.

<< That ati card sounds perfect for what I want to do tv in and out but how are the win 2k drivers for it. >>

I've got an "old" ATI Rage Fury PRO 32mb w/ S-VIDO out, Composite-in, and Composite-out. The updated drivers for Win2K can be downloaded from the ATI website, and it works GREAT!

I agree with ganesha. The ATI Rage Fury Pro w/VIVO is the way to go. It's how I would do it if I were in a similar position.

I use my RageFury Pro 32MB VIVO under Windows 2000 and it works perfectly. Be sure to get the latest drivers from ATI's web site (supported drivers, not the beta ones), DirectX 8, and the digital video supplement to DX8 from Microsoft. Also get the latest Multimedia Center and DVD player from ATI's site. Don't install any of the software or drivers that come with the card!!! Get the updated stuff off the web.
