Cheap tablet PC?

Looking for a cheap tablet PC, any suggestions? Never had one before, want one for testing a touchscreen app. Doesn't need to be powerful.

Keep in mind that "Tablet" is not Touchscreen... It uses a Pen input

Recently I have been looking for that too, and found :

TOSHIBA Tecra M7-S7311 $1,439.99

Acer TMC312XCi $1,424.33, $1353.11 after a coupon code " OPENTIP59 "

Their specialities are almost identical.

Acer one is equipped with old CPU tech Intel Pentium M Processor 740 (1.73GHz, 2MB L2 cache, FSB 533MHz) as opposite to Toshiba, Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology.

Is there big difference between them?

However, I like Acer's Graphics & Video Module: nVidia GeForce Go 6200 Graphics Controller.
