Hi guys

When I heard news of the Intel?s 32nm I knew I wanted it but, I was planning a new build at the time that build has now been cancelled and I will build a new rig around the 32nm chip when it comes out, mean while I have decided to purchase a cheap rig that will allow me to do day to day task and a bit of gaming. I have a set a budget of £200 to £300 but the system must have.

1) A decent GPU
2) A dual core processor about 2.0GHz or more (don?t care if its Intel or AMD)
3) 2GB of ram

I don?t mind if I have to build it as long as all the parts are within the budget i.e. mobo, case, CPU ext or if you have a suggestions on a pre-built base unit that I can purchase that covers the system requirements that I have set I will be most grateful on any advice that can be given.

Unfortunately a lot of us on the boards here are from the US and don't know what pricing is like in Europe or the best places to buy stuff.

If you were here I'd say grab a Dell or HP with an adequate CPU/RAM and then drop in a nice GPU to fit your needs. Look for a prebuilt with an e5200 and at least 2GB DDR2. Beyond that you can (probably) upgrade the RAM & GPU cheaper than they will charge.
